Eco Empires' Village View, with the Grain Plant selected. Tribe: Stormbringers

Eco Empires resource management, a critical aspect of building and sustaining your mighty empire. Each resource plays a pivotal role in your journey to dominance. Let's dive into the essentials:

Wood, Bricks, and Iron

  • Purpose: Used for constructing buildings, recruiting units, and upgrading structures.

  • Key function: The foundation of your empire relies on Wood, Iron, and Bricks, essential for constructing, upgrading, and maintaining both your infrastructure and military might.

Wheat

  • Purpose: Used to feed your troops; each unit consumes Wheat at regular intervals.

  • Critical mechanic: Wheat consumption occurs four times a day, randomly within six-hour intervals. Players must produce enough Wheat to sustain their troops; failing to do and thus running out of Wheat results in unit deaths. There is a specific order in which units perish:

1: Any foreign support units stationed in your Village; 2: Any local troops stationed in your Village; 3: Any troops which are afoot, f.e. marching towards or returning from battle.

Strategic Tip

  • Balance is key: Achieving a delicate equilibrium between resource production, consumption, and emission reduction is imperative for the prosperity and strength of your empire. Strategic planning, tactful execution, and thoughtful consideration of which resources to prioritize at specific times are vital aspects of this delicate balance. Additionally, explore the dynamic options of trading resources at the Bazaar with fellow players and uncovering resource-rich spots with Caravans (note: upcoming feature) to further enhance your empire's potential.

As you embark on your conquest in Eco Empires, master the art of resource management to ensure your dominion thrives and withstands the challenges of the battlefield. May your resources flow plentifully, Commander!
